The Wiccan Yuletide Season

God NEVER compromises with evil.

Deuteronomy 12:4

You must not worship the Lord your God in their way.

1 Thessalonians 5:22 (KJV)

Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Acts 15:20 GOD’S WORD® Translation

Instead, we should write a letter telling them to keep away from things polluted by false gods

1 Corinthians 10:21-22King James Version (KJV)

Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.  Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?

George Gillespie, one of the Scottish Commissioners to the Westminster Assembly, and one of the greatest theologians since the days of the Apostles, writes,

“By communicating with idolaters in their rites and ceremonies, we ourselves become guilty of idolatry; even as Ahaz, 2 Kings 16:10, was an idolater, eo ipso, that he took the pattern of an altar from idolaters. Forasmuch, then, as kneeling before the consecrated bread, the sign of the cross, surplice, festival days (like Christmas-ed.), bishopping, bowing down to the altar, administration of the sacraments in private places, etc., are the wares of Rome, the baggage of Babylon, the trinkets of the whore, the badges of Popery, the ensigns of Christ’s enemies, and the very trophies of antichrist, — we cannot conform, communicate and symbolise with the idolatrous Papists in the use of the same, without making ourselves idolaters by participation.

Shall the chaste spouse of Christ take upon her the ornaments of the whore? Shall the Israel of God symbolise with her who is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt? Shall the Lord’s redeemed people wear the ensigns of their captivity? Shall the saints be seen with the mark of the beast? Shall the Christian church be like the antichristian, the holy like the profane, religion like superstition, the temple of God like the synagogue of Satan?” (A Dispute Against English Popish Ceremonies, in Gillespie’s Works volume one, p. 80, SWRB reprint, or as free MP3s at A Dispute Against the English Popish Ceremonies emphases added).

The traditions of Christmas comes from the pagan worship of their sun-god. Why do Christians imitate them? They have been practicing these traditions before Christ’s birth. Let them be the sole owners of such things in worship of their god and let us obey the only true God as He would have us do. He has told us to make no compromise with paganism (2 Corinthians 6:17) and that we are not to learn the ways of the heathen to worship Him in the same manner (Deuteronomy 12:30; Jeremiah 10:2-4). Why do we disobey God unless it is because we worship the pagan/papist traditions of men “holy” day and/or family more than Him?

How does one worship God through disobeying Him?

Deuteronomy 12:30- Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

2 Corinthians 6:17- Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

The Christmas Story You Don’t Want to Hear

8574865_f260FTA: Pagans used tree worship thousands of years before Jesus Christ was born. They would put up a tree, holly, mistletoe, and wreaths that are rooted in worship toward a pagan fertility god worship. The Christmas tree represents an erect male phallus and the circular wreath, the female reproductive organ. The silver, or  Hcolored ball ornaments represent testicles, the tinsel semen, and red ribbons labia. This is the grotesque symbolic imagery of every Christmas tree in the living rooms of almost every home during the Christmas season. The imagery is hidden in plain sight. That’s right, it is a decorated erect male phallus and the wreath is an open female reproductive organ that hangs in most doorways, or with a phallic candle in the middle of it on the dining room table…Many Wiccans to this day celebrate the Vernal Equinox that is about fertility and sex that points to the impregnation of Asherah and the birth of Baal (the sun god). And you shall not bring an abominable thing into your house and become devoted to destruction like it. You shall utterly detest and abhor it, for it is devoted to destruction. – Deuteronomy 7:26

Here is an article on Easter where you will find many quotes on the “holy” day by Wiccans : Easter: Christians Celebrating Abomination

FTA: This article will demonstrate the foundations of Easter, where the traditions came from, and why. There is a reason why so much paganism comes with the holiday. When church-goers are practicing things in their church buildings that are directly associated with paganism and witchcraft, and is well-received by the world, we need to get our facts straight so we can get right with the Lord Jesus Christ and His Word.

Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
-1 John 5:21

If ye love me, keep my commandments.
-John 14:15

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
-2 Corinthians 2:11

As the sin is great, for it is a contempt of God, a hanging out of the flag of defiance against him, and rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, so the punishment will be great. It cuts off from mercy. God’s mercy is for them that keep his commandments, but there is no mercy for them that live in a wilful breach of them. All God’s judgements set themselves in battle array against the disobedient: temporal judgements and eternal. Lev 26: 15, 16. Christ comes in flames of fire, to take vengeance on them that obey not God.2 Thess 1: 8. God has iron chains to hold those who break the golden chain of his commands; chains of darkness by which the devils are held ever. Jude 6. God has time enough, as long as eternity, to reckon with all the wilful breakers of his commandments.

How shall we keep God’s commandments?

Pray for the Spirit of God. We cannot do it in our strength. The Spirit must work in us both to will and to do. Phil 2: 13. When the loadstone draws, the iron moves; so, when God’s Spirit draws, we run in the way of his commandments. ~ Thomas Watson, in his commentary on the 2nd Commandment

  1. As it was said in an anti-x mass video: Paganism is unredeemable. God required the Israelites to completely annhilate all that belonged to pagan idolatry so that there would be no amount of influence to worship Him in like manner. In Acts 19:19 we see the new converts obeying God in this:

A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas.
(if we could incorporate paganism in our worship of God, or, if we could christianize paganism, would this not be the time to mention it to the new converts?)

There are two types of worship by mankind-to the enemy of our souls, Satan, or to the lover of our souls, our Redeemer, the Lord Jesus Christ, the only true God.

As Matthew Henry said, “If Satan gets but half of you, he gets all of you. If God gets but half of you, He will have none of you.” Its time to destroy all of the pagan/papist traditions and rituals from our worship to God.

The West is a magnet for gifted people -professionals who, for one reason or another, choose to reside where the deer and the antelope play. Although I don’t have statistics, it seemed like our town in 1991 had more than its share of the best, especially classically trained musicians. And they generously shared their talent in a wide variety of venues, including a pipe organ workshop that gave young keyboard students the opportunity to play instruments in churches throughout the community.

When my wife and young son returned from a workshop, I was prepared for a lengthy recitation on the splendor of pipe organs. Instead I heard a description of a church poster that read, “Love Your Mother” and bore a picture of “goddess Gaia” holding the world.

I don’t know how many people understood the message embedded in that poster back then, but today Christians are waking up to find their church’s ministry has been hijacked by a vocal movement promoting paganism.

  3. FTA: When you put up that tree, tack a wreath on the door, and maybe hang mistletoe from the lintel, what are you signifying? John Williamson, in “Christmas Greenery” in the Dallas Morning News (December 6, 1986), encapsulates the pagan origin of decorating with evergreens: Evergreen trees were important fertility emblems for pre-Christian ceremonies marking the winter solstice. People from ancient societies believed that by decorating their homes and temples with evergreen plants, such as holly, ivy and mistletoe, they were helping to carry the diminished sun through a critical period. . . . Mistletoe was the most sacred plant of the Druids. . . . [It] was given great reverence . . . because it grows on the venerated oak. The custom of kissing under the mistletoe comes from the ancient idea that mistletoe is the oak’s genitals. And so it was believed that an embrace under its glistening berries was sure guarantee of a fruitful union. . . . The decoration of Christmas trees is a survival of pagan tree veneration. . . . For centuries before Christianity, holly was . . . used . . . for celebrating their midwinter Saturnalia. While all the greenery in a home decked out for Christmas is beautiful to look at, these customs have nothing at all to do with Christ. In fact, they are sheer paganism directly descended from ancient rites practiced long before Jesus’ birth (see Jeremiah 10:1-5). –

  4. FTA: But even though Christianity adopted this pagan holiday and renamed it, that doesn’t mean that the pagans stopped celebrating it.

The truth is that the pagan holiday of “Yule” has been celebrated by the pagans of northern Europe from late December through early January for ages. Yule logs were traditionally lit throughout northern Europe to honor the pagan god Thor. The festival would continue until the Yule log burned out – which could take up to twelve days. This is where we get the so-called “12 days of Christmas”.

In fact, Wiccans, neo-pagans and even many witches still celebrate Yule to this day. For many of them, it is one of the most important days of the year. Many of them think that it is incredibly funny when Christians use the pagan word Yule.

  5. Questions: If you set up the pagan X Mass tree in the church because you don’t believe there is any harm to you and your fellow believers, will you stop the practice when a former Wiccan comes to Christ Jesus as her Savior and joins your church? Or will you wound her conscience and spoil her rewards from God by your selfishness in letting her believe that some of her Wiccan practices and tokens are OK for her to hold onto? In witnessing Christ before Wiccans, do you think they will see how set apart from them you are during the X Mass season? Or will they see you as imitating them (which is what you really are doing)?

    1 Corinthians 10:32 (KJV)

Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles (Wiccans), nor to the church of God:

  6. Where did bunnies come from, and what do they have to do with Easter? The rabbit is a pagan symbol of fertility and a sexual symbol. We all know that rabbits reproduce quickly which is why pagans use this as their fertility symbol. Here’s a quote from a pagan/wiccan website where they state it themselves, “Spring equinox, or Ostara, is a time for fertility and sowing seeds, and so nature’s fertility goes a little crazy. The rabbit — for good reason — is often associated with fertility magic and sexual energy.” This again is why they had their sexual orgy rituals in the groves.
